We are artists that take a great deal of pride in not only the art and images that we produce but also the service to our customers.  From the initial order being placed, to you receiving your item and hanging it on the wall, we will keep you informed during each step of the process.  If you would like to be kept upto date when either changes/updates to information on the website occur, or when new art pieces are available then please join our mailing list and be among the first to hear about offers or events.

Ordering Details.

Once your order and payment has been received your goods should be with you within 14 days.  If upon receiving your product you feel that it is not as shown on this website and are unhappy with it, you must return it within 7 days in perfect condition and a full refund of the cost of the item minus the postage costs will be paid back to you. You are responsible for the return postage.  If your goods arrive damaged via the delivery service, then please decline delivery on those grounds and insist they are returned to ourselves.  We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you by return of post.  If you have any further queries in relation to orders then please contact us via the email address above.
